Appointments
Convenience for all our patients
Our patients can book appointments via the telephone or via online services. See below for more information
Telephone, Face to Face Appointments (Including Home Visits) and Video Consultations
Most patients will initially be offered a Telephone Consultation with the most appropriate clinician

The practice phone lines will be open from 8AM for booking routine appointments, on a first come, first serve basis.

To ensure that we direct your query to the correct clinician, you will be asked to give a very brief reason for your call

If your problem cannot be resolved during the telephone consultation, you may be offered:

•A follow up face to face appointment at the clinic
•A video consultation
•A Home Visit*

*Please note that Home Visits are prioritized for our most vulnerable patients
